Every year CIRS organizes a variety of cultural events for the benefit of the public. CIRS shows thought-provoking and poignant documentray films and organizes musical evenings to which all the communities in Qatar are warmly welcomed.

Cultural Event: Documentary Film - Promises

Location: College of the North Atlantic-Qatar
Two different showings of the documentary film "Promises" provided audiences with an opportunity to meet the producers.
Cultural Event: American Arts Festival
Date: 16 February - 8 March 2007 Time: All day
Location: Various locations, Doha, Qatar
The American Arts Festival was designed to provide an opportunity for Qatar, and the region, to experience and engage with different aspects of American culture through its arts. The festival focused on three areas: poetry, photography and jazz.
